The President of the University describes VA-Tech as a commuter campus which
the VAST majority of students are NOT on campus at night. Also, EVERY news
reporter that night said "there are few people here at VA-Tech as they have
all gone home for the night, from this commuter campus" ONE OF THE MAJOR
excuses teh President gave was that over 10,000 people (of the 16,000 who
attend, he claimed) were commuting to the school so there was no serious way
to inform them all not to show up or what to do, and that was the major
disadvantages of doing something in the two hours between the first and 2nd
shootings.

Do you know what a commuter campus is? It means it's a campus where more than
the majority of students do not live in the dorm and thus "commute" to campus
from non-univ owned housing. And HOW were my rants even racist? I said that
comparing being "big-eared" and being mocked for that to racial mocks are not
remotely the same, and one is much worse. And it's not racist for me to say
that southerners are generally more racist against outsiders than others. What
