Okay, after pondering it a bit and full well knowing this posting will rank
among the worst rated of all time (judging by the reaction to my initial post
on this subject in bs group) i have decided to go ahead and make my commentary
on the "debirth" option added in an official flame post...
My major issue with the "option" is that it in my case at least (i can't speak
for others) it would be almost completely worthless for me to use it because
after spending 375m on 2 births the only option i have is to revert a single
debirth level (i would much rather revert 2, i don't care about elder status
or races) and if i did revert this one level i would gain a grand total of 87m
exp...
Now i understand that i'm not going to get all of my exp back, i don't expect
that... i'm the moron that went ahead and rebirthed thinking i'd have the time
and desire to actually regain my exp and found out the hard way that i
didn't... i don't feel entitled to a debirth and while i have asked on the
wanted channel for a debirth before while never really expecting it, i never
whined about not having the option at all...
All that being said, if it is an option, why not make it a reasonable option
for those of us who have made this mistake... if the only option we get is to
revert one level for 23% of the exp we've spent in our mistake then why even
bother to give us the option at all...
And before i have to listen to it... to all of the cocksuckers and bitches who
will undoubtedly say things like, "be glad you even have the option", "stop
whining, at least you can do it", etc... let me say just because an "option"
is given doesn't mean that it's reasonable and something to be happy about...
