I need a help file on finish, or peeps gotta speak english. I recommend a
basic help file on fin, plz. (based in fin, wrote in english....)

What finnish are you referring to? I suggest you check the 'help channels' and
read the part about multi-lingual channels. Also, you can ask the people on
multi-lingual channels to switch to english if you think the conversation is
about something of interest to you. Also, if you encounter other than english
on purely english-only channels you can remind them (politely!) that the
channel in question is english-only.
