If you have war with someone for a long time, then peace treaty, then they
attack you again for no reason, it's fair to resume original war as there was
promise "never to pkill again or we resume this" and this person does, still
legal? Also, is it allowed to say "anyone who parties with Nikana may risk
huge injury as I will be killing him mostly only during exp/eq parties" though
I won't specifically target players unless they attack me in defense of
Nikana, if that is also still legal, I make such a statement.
