How about putting a 6month prot on the tiger gms and remove the general prot.
They are easily doable 6man (or even 3man) so I think it solves both problems.

Probably been a while since you did Akemi/Tenji, but they are not really a
walk in the park. Unlike Shelaste, which only has 2 week prot, and I've seen
a few parties fail her. *cough* Though, yea, a 6man highbie party could do
Tiger GM if they had time to spare.

Why would you increase the prot length when it 'randomly' loads it's eq? The
prot length is fine at 3months, considering it rarely has anything on! If you
want to up the prot on something, how about Stifism? Talk about a cake walk
mob.

I think blayke was saying give everyone 6month personal prot, and allow tiger
gms to load some random eq every boot.. so you still need to check for
ring/bracelet but u can only make 4 items from em a year.. i think they could
be made a tad more fun aswell as they aint hard to get to :)
