I just noticed a huge bug in the reinc system! When you reinc, you lose a
percent of your total XP. That seems normal, but wait! You then proceed to
reclaim your guild levels, and when you type 'advance', cash is disappearing
from your bank account! What the heck, you already paid for reinc in XP, and
you most likely paid for guild levels on some previous occasion as well. This
is like double-tax the government of my country is using: they tax the people
working and living abroad anyway!

Honestly, I can hardly imagine how it could've slipped through. This bug
prevents me from playing too, not reincing makes this game boring as some WoW
clone. Immediately fix it!
