Keep reinctaxes higher for those who reinc multiple times within a short
timeline. No, I don't consider a month a short timeline, if you like the reinc
you'll stick with it anyways, if you don't, gimme one sane reason why can't
you reinc out of it instantly without losing 10% exp or so.. not all of us
nolife 50m per week, get real. BUT give us who reinc once a month or so a
break and reduce the taxes atleast after month more dramatically or remove the
thing alltogether.. OR if not this, then gimme those neat exp restoration
potions...
