Greetings.
If you are one of those few people who directly utilize the loc-files from
PupuMaps data, and need to parse them yourself for whatever purpose, be
notified that the format of those files has been changed in the latest commits
in the repo.
The new format version 5.0 adds a new field, which breaks backwards
compatibility. This field is practically of no other use than for the mkloc
and other internal tooling, so you can pretty much just ignore it.
