There has been an idea presented of a true Lapland nature experience (with
cabin accommodation) either before or after the 35th Anniversary Gala (being
held 14th of June 2025 in Helsinki, Finland). The proposed idea would include
(either a 1-2 night or) a 3-4 night trip (flights HEL-IVL take 1h15m) 1150 km
north of the capital, in the very northern Lapland of Finland to the town of
Inari and its whereabouts (Lake Inari).

At that time of the year, it's Midnight Sun, where you can basically read a
book outside in the light of the night. Also, your experience with "flying
things" may vary (e.g. mosquitoes are possibly not very aggressive at that
time, yet). The cabin accommodation has not yet been decided, but will be
subject to later decision depending on the attending group.

There is a high probability of most archwizards not attending this event (can
also be seen as a positive ). However, let's see through the poll whether
there is enough interest to push this special event forward.
