A couple more changes:
rdock will now check that the ship is in the game before taking your money.
rescue command now requires the ship's name as an argument, always.
'Extra desc inform' messages (such as 'Try shiproom for command help') will
only appear once/boot. In particular, the 'shiproom' one will only appear on
the main deck, once/boot.
More changes/fixes to come.
