I've just finished changing how the mnavy subguild earns its rep. I'm a bit
tired now, so again, there's potential for bugs. Keep an eye out for them, and
I'll fix any that crop up this weekend.

In short - mnavy used to earn 5 pts of rep per boot for doing something very
simple. People have started to abuse that system, so I've switched it up a
bit. There are now 10 separate activities/possessions which each contribute
0.5 pts of rep. Note that you may not receive credit for any particular rep
award more than once per boot. Thus, if all 10 conditions are satisfied, you
will earn the 5 points of rep that were possible before.

How do you earn rep as mnavy? Well, as before, I don't intend to give out a
list, as that encourages people to abuse the system. However, keep in mind
that my view of a reputable mnavy sailor is someone who owns a nice ship which
inspires confidence in customers. They should believe that you are an
established entitity capable of delivering their goods all over the place.

Hmm, I thought I was going to say something else, but I don't remember what
now. So, let me know how it works.

Oh yes! The checks which are based on the quality of your ship are performed
several seconds after the ship is summoned, so I'd recommend you hand around
on deck for at least a short time.
