You can now see when a ship arrives in a room. That is, <truly> arrives - not
simply flies through too quickly for people to really notice. And since that
was vague, I mean you see it on board your own ship.

I know it would be nice to get messages when a ship leaves as well, but I have
yet to believe that it's worth the CPU cycles to spam that message as well.

Per usual, dock & summon to get all of the recent changes to take effect.
