I believe I've fixed up the (fighting) flag for ships - you should now get
this when attacking or being attacked. While your ship is fighting, it can not
be remotely docked.

Changes take full effect after boot.

Oh yes, the flag should last for 5 minutes, although I'm willing to take
reasonable input on whether that is too long/short.
