I changed a few things on the helm:
1) combat info now has a short section on shields; assuming you have defense
magi to warrant the entry being there.
2) There is now a 'combat shield' command, read up on #1.
3) Elemental shield properties now show in 'console info'.
4) 'console info' now accepts a list of arguments, so that you can select only
some of the spam to be shown.

Hmm, pretty much all of this requires you to dock/resummon your ships to take
effect.
