I think my lift crewmembers especially have been wounded for last 4 months
real time. Is there some natural healing process for crew or should I just buy
healing options?

1) They have to physically spawn on your ship's decks, which is something crew
will do randomly over time.

2) Then they must be given the time to regenerate or be healed manually by a
