empty <item> ie empty wineskin, empty pouch
You empty contents of <item> on ground.
Maybe I can do something with those pesky wineskins and sour wines now.

As I understand it, all alcoholic objects are sealed by decree of batmud
wizards.
Spilling alcohol on the ground is considered alcohol abuse.
Possibly a message "That would be alcohol abuse!" would be in order?
