since offline tells work, why won't emotes?

cause idots flood the buffer and you lose the important tells, do dumb
emote's.

While offline tell can be considered as a media to "player ain't present,
leave a message", offline emotes will just clutter the offline tell buffer in
my opinion. Dunno really, I see those kinda pointless.
