this is batmud, so where are all the bats. so, create a were-bat race, it
would be blind but would have clairvoyance or such for it, intelligent,
flying, stealth in the darkness, maybe a special batify command to turn into
bat. batmud needs more races anyway.

There is already a such race.
Those are called the ungodly powerful, embracers of infinite darkness, drop
dead
good-looking, bloody loving VAMPIRES.
*Blacksmith turns in to a bat and sucks your blood. Ouch!

Couple races i could imagine to be added would be ogre-mage\'s, birdfolk,
slaad\'s, xill\'s, trogdolyte\'s, naga\'s, genie\'s, barghest\'s, bralani\'s
and the elemental kin. To name couple that came up fast.

Although i would rewrite how characters (and thus races) would be created (in
race point of view) instead of just generating another <enter tuned race here>
flood.
