For party schedular for ss, please make it so parties that dont complete or
that leader forgets to finish get cleared and maybe a syntax sent to the
leader to accept if it was completed or failed.

The society guild masters are also able to close parties, in case the leader
needed a sudden vacation after 18 hours of moratar and forgot to close the
party properly before rushing out the door.
