When you type "rheal check", could it tell you how long until you're able to
use it? Right now you have to issue two commands: rheal check > "You cannot
rebirth heal yet.", then immediately rheal > "You must wait 5h, 10min and
55s." Would be nicer if it just said "You can rheal now." or "You must wait
5h, 10min and 55s." from rheal check.
