Due to the way how several of BatMUD player races are shown in short descs it
is awfully ackward to fit decent titles after them. These races (tinmen,
merfolk and catfolk) are shown in plural form in short descs - obviously to
prevent odd combinations such as a female character being a tinman, a male
being a mermaid or something like that. Titles after those plural forms
usually just sound silly. (For some reason all wolfmen are just wolfmen
regardless of their gender.)

I do not know is there currently a reasonably easy way to change the form in
which the player short descs are built internally, but if there is and it is
impossible to find suitable singular forms of racial names for all races...
How about changing these race names to work like this:

Player short descs without a title would remain just as they are at the
moment...
"John Doe the member of Catfolk"

...but as soon as the player has set the title, the short desc would be:
"John Doe the Catfolk assassin"
