A timelimit on how long stuff is on the broker list.
Say I make a broker sell then quit playing batmud, or login once a year - no
one will be able to buy the item from me. So it's just making the list fill up
with stuff that is no one can buy anyways.
So my idea is that the item would be on the list say 1 month and then it will
disappear from the list automatically.
Of course the time limit can be increased/decreased, but depending on how low
the time limit is the more reliable the list is.

Asked about this on newbie channel before I posted, there is a 2 week
timelimit...
