Can a line be added to character registration for birthday. Then as a bonus,
if you log in on your birthday, you can automatically be given a tp for
another wonderful batmudyear. Granted there should probably be a check in
there to make sure that it's been at least a year since the last time you got
a tp (so those abusive meanies don't keep updating the registry so that they
have 365 birthdays a year).

the day you created your character. This would also eliminate any chance of
abuse.
