I know bards have not really had much done to them in the 6-7 years I have
been a bard. However I have a few immediate issues with bards I wanted to put
forward, which could be quick instant tunes to the guild, (none of which are
uptunes).

Currently being a full level bard (30) over level 25-29 does not have that
bigger benefit. There was a tune awhile ago so you needed to be 25? to get
full benefits of your instrument. This should be changed to be level 30 for
full effect (with a large 20% or something in the last level).

Mastery doesn't effect enough over dex for the crucial spells e.g. warez, and
songmastery at 94% at level 29 is very high. This should be changed like most
other guilds where you get the last 40-30% in the last level.

Rep doesn't seem to effect anything much, after 7 years play in the guild I
think I get maybe 2-3 sps saved on spell casts.

I think theres not enough boost/need to be a full level bard at the moment,
and people take avantage of this often making bards their tertiary guild.
