Could we get 'show rebirths' similar to 'show reincs'??

1) For starters, 'show reincs' was not retro-active, because the data was not
stored. 'show rebirths' would likely be the same.

2) What would this show, exactly? I'm not sure what information would be
useful, or if it would be useful at all.
