I just made an experimental tune. Now, if you have a weapon or an armour you
are the most eager user of, it will behave in an identical way to having your
name as one of the creators if it should take damage.

So, in short.. If you are the person who has worn/wielded any given piece of
EQ the most, it can no longer take permanent damage.

HOWEVER! DISCLAIMER! This is an experimental tune. I want to see what happens,
and if the effect of this tune is something I didn't foresee, and/or should
have, it can be revoked at any point. There will be a separate inform if this
happens.

PS. The wear/wield statistics have been gathering for a few boots already, so
most items frequently used should have some usage history already
