The board has today discussed the aforementioned situation in relation to the
recent (not unexpected) downtune to Nergal guild and the unique reincarnation
tickets players might have acquired earlier.

Now, while we do think that the guild in question was seriously overpowered,
and it really should not have been impossible for our esteemed players to
deduce that something eventually WILL be done, we also do agree that the cost
of such miscalculation should not be as high as it turned out to be for some
players.

That being said, the board has in its infinite wisdom decided that due to the
uncommonly big change in the Nergal guild it should be made possible for
players who have acquired such unique artifacts to return them for the exact
amount of XP or task points that were paid for them. Please contact Zin before
30th Decemeber 2024 if you wish to do so; please note that this right expires
with the year 2024.

In short;

a) If you so choose, you can be reimbursed for the unique reincarnation
tickets that had Nergal as one component. This applies to tickets acquired
during 2024 only. Contact Zin for the practicalities.

b) DISCLAIMER: Please note that if you choose to do so, you will also forfeit
control over the unique ticket. It's up to the administration to pass, or not,
the ticket again to someone else. The tickets are unique; in any scenario,
there will not be two identical tickets in game.

c) There will be no bargaining. You can either return the ticket for a refund,
or not. There will be no 'you get half your stuff refunded but still get to
keep the ticket'-approaches. It's either you keep it, or you don't. The exp or
TPs will be refunded to the player character that they were originally taken
from.

d) The reimbursement offer expires on 30th December 2024. No, there is no
possibility for an extension.

e) As you know, guilds get tuned all the time. If in the future, Nergal gets
an uptune and you start thinking that perhaps you want the ticket after all,
there will be no possibility to undo the refund. You can in such a scenario
acquire the ticket like anyone else, should the administration choose to
dispense it back in the game. You'll have no pre-emption.
