About the exp-plaque. I really don't see a need to know a certain player's
total experience. People play the game differently, some make exp and exp, and
eventually reach level 100, and some are still level 50 and rock this shit at
their own pace. If you solely select your party members from their total
amount of experience, you could at least finger them and check their level.
Some players are level 100, yet still clueless and can't find their way out of
Mirkhold. When selecting/requesting players for a party, i mostly find myself
team up with people that i know are good players (Brain, Hands, Activity, Fun,
Friends), not at all the player with the most exp.

In almost all parties, eq means more than the total experience (compare level
70 and level 100 offtanks in damage-dealing for instance). But of course, we
can't have plaque's who displays peoples eqsets :)

So in general, get a few 'friends', or test a few people out in a party, and
after that you can quickly figure out if they were intelligent or 'decent'
enough for your current goal, exp has NOTHING to do with this?
