party say NOW!
that we can actively resist summon attempts maybe someone should look into
instadamage? It's pretty insane that you can do pretty much unlimited amount
of damage instantly with wands and certains eq's. All instadamage features
should be removed. I know Jugg^H^H^H^Ha certain wizard would love to do this!
i fail to see the corelation between summonability, and "instadamage", let
alone why you want this removed?

maybe a better idea would be
please make it everytime i press the enter button, i get 1m exp!!! and if
someone else gets a level faster than me, i wanna be able to get a level
also!!! .. and give me cloned versions of everyone elses eq that autoloads and
never dests and make it so i never die and if it seems as someone else is
better at this game than me make it so i have just as many boons/tps/eqs/guard/
exp points and a link that doesnt suck and hands that work so i can be as uber
as everyone else and then give me 30 seconds to think of something else i can
whine about...

its a game .. play it maybe?

Maybe you failed to notice that summonable feature was pretty much directed to
make unwanted (player killing fuckuping whatever) summons harder? Summoning
someone to a no exit rooms and then killing him at least gives the victim time
to do a little this and that and maybe even kill the summoner. Compared to
someone with zapping and a few eq's who can just reloc and do 2k damage
instantly after reloc, and pretty much wipe the whole room, summon killing is
a much more 'fair' fight. Maybe you don't like the idea cause youre a mage
with wands and zapping? If you think I want this or any game to be flowery
you're utterly clueless. All I care for is some balance between pkill metdots
and if you call relocing and dealing 2k instadamage balanced maybe you're the
'please-make-it-so-that-i-can-do-anything-newbie' you claim me to be?

1) it sounds like you wanna keep your cake but be able to keep it at the same
time.
2) the rest of my post was not directed at you personally, but at the people
who constantly find something to whinge about, regardless of who/what/where/whe
n the tune is introduced, its almost funny to look at tunes that have been
introduced without fanfare and information posted, that have got _no_ public
whines... i begin to wonder how many people even realize that anything has
changed and therefore dont have a clue to whine about.

Maybe you need a clue? Before you can reloc and do your \"2k instadam\", which you make it sound like every 2nd player can, I suggest you think twice and read the posts about the feature again. Relocating and pkilling was way harder then summoning and pkilling before this tune, and that\'s why we got it. To balance out the two ways of pkilling.

On and another thing.. What prevents the player from summoning instead of relocating and tossing his 2k instadam? Maybe now you can understand why the tune was implemented.

You still don't seem to understand do you? I'm never said it was a bad tune,
did I? I just said that instadamage is far more out of tune pkillwise then
summoning someone. Of course every 2nd player can't do that, but many can. Not
very hard to get 2 wands built and lending a few eq's from an evil highbie
friend for 2 minutes. I have no trouble getting a few eq's for pkilling for
example, and if I can get them propably a large number of people can. I would
be glad to demonstrate but I lack zapping and reloc in this reinc ;(

Seems like your whining about the fact that people can pkill other people. If you\'re good enough to collect and use wands properly, have the right eq, be in the right reinc, have skills and spells trained to make it successful... Then you should be able to pkill.

Summoning is more of a fuckup for a party than a reloc. When one relocs to a
party whacking a 1m monster he just in 99% cases would be killed before the
wand of zapping is even used.

Yet, you have a valid point I guess. We just have to wait and see a bit
before rushing into making decisions.

You\'ve never had a player reloc to your party and do 1k+ area damage, have you? :) I\'d say a party wipe is bigger fuckup then one member getting summoned and killed.. :P

But yes, wait and see.

You\'ve never had a player reloc to your party and do 1k+ area damage, have you? :) I\'d say a party wipe is bigger fuckup then one member getting summoned and killed.. :P

Yeah, I heard there's that area damage thing. Yet that's not for me to decide,
so I won't even make assumptions :) What I said above was based on the 1k+
instadamge targetted at one person.
