Maybe Jacen needs some lessons in basic math. Factor rebirth exp into
reinctax? Riiiight.. So are you counting rebirthers as highbies? A triple
rebirth at minimum required totals will give any future reincs of yours a nice
lodestone of 6.75M per tax%. That's pretty harsh when you basically start from
scratch. At 10% you actually need over 75M to have more than 0 exp after
taxes.

he didn't say tax the rebirth exp... he said make the % you're taxed at based
on your totals and include rebirth exp in that figure... this means that
instead of a reinc tax that goes from 0.5 to 10 (or whatever current range is
exactly)... have it go from 0.5 to maybe 20%, and instead of just figuring in
method and last time you reinced in, also count your exp totals... higher
totals = higher percent... so if you've rebirthed and are now a "newbie" with
10m, you won't be taxed 15m for a reinc, but you might be taxed at 20% of what
you currently have
