Rocking idea, if it wasn't for invite only and rebirth races. Could leave
those out of the system, though.

Yeah, all fine but... some races have craploads of idlers, such as elf, duck,
etc, mostly tarmalen guild. Now it'd be damn unfair for a bunch of idling
bastards to screw a whole race.
