This would also solve the problem when during repair/fw/prot eq, which does
not have merchant\'s name, takes max cond shapes.
Ruffneck\'s suggestion of items in inventory not taking dam would solve the merchant problem. It is a bit gay to have your eq loose max condition when it\'s getting repaired.

Or then make eq not to take damage for first 5 min after you get it, drop
