Similar law yes, in a way that sperm donator can be acknowledged as a
biological father with the responsibilities (and rights) that go with it.
This brings us to the now-ongoing debate whether lesbian couples or single
women would be allowed to have fertility-treatments and artificial
insemination by third party's semen.
I heavily suspect, that one reason why single women and lesbian couples are
being looked upon unfavorably when it comes to fertility treatments, is to
avoid the situation where lesbian couple sues sperm donator to get him to pay
those fatherhood fees.
We'll see what happens, its a boiling issue right now!

This story sounds like another urban legend. I don't believe that this
