We should add some standards. Too often people call themselves hardhitting
offtanks, tarmanavs with good spr or their merchant services excellent. There
is a great difference with an offtank who hits tear/incise and cut/tear, but
still both of those can callthemselves hardhitting offtanks.
For example: If you hit tear/incise or better, you can call yourself an
offtank, otherwise you are a regular offtank or something. 1.3k+ hps and 30+%
physress entitles you to call yourself a deftank. Simple stuff like that so
you know what you are getting when someone offers their services.
From my understanding of iso9000 (gleaned mostly from dilbert), what you need
is not a standard for being an offtank, but a process for determining whether
or not you are an offtank. For example, if your process says that to be an
offtank you need to be able to kill a pigeon without skills/spells in under 5
rounds, and you go leech, get a crit, and finish that stupid pigeon in 3
rounds, you can be an iso9000 offtank.
