There is one issue at stake here that has been overlooked, Mhvi. The United
States is a member of the United Nations and as such has to abide by the
international laws set by the organization as well as to act in accordance
with the decions of the council. As a member of the council, the U.S. must
take the stances of each member into consideration and not just say 'we've
decided to invade, then that's what we're going to do, no matter who vetoes
what'.
