I can see that you do not understand the principles of international law,
Mhvi. What happens in Russia, in the territory called Chechnya, has nothing
whatsoever to do with international law. This is a Russian internal matter and
the sole responsibility of their ministry of internal affairs. The invasion of
Iraq, however, is an international matter, for the obvious reason that Iraq is
a sovereign state and has it's own nation and government. Therefore no U.N.
member can do a thing about Russia but can raise their voice about Iraq.
Russia has broken no U.N. or international laws, while U.S.A. has broken
several (multiple times) and is about to do it again.
