if you wish to start an offensive war without own casualities, use the biggest
bombs you got and drop those from 10km down to the enemy. Well, I'd guess they
still would manage to get some casualties by either colliding or shooting own
planes down, but that would be the most idiot-proof method I can think of.
Perhaps the military stuff is not equipped with enough warning labels so
accidents do happen. 'Do NOT launch this missile at allied aircraft'-label was
missing.
