This is just a bit of info for everyone else. If you go 1y+ without reinc,
and Inquiry says 0/0/0/0, don't do a Mortis reinc. His reinc's will still be
20%.

We have a rule. That is nice, we can work with this. Then we have an
exception. That is nice as long as you remember it. It gives great
entertainment value to see old reincer waste 20% of the exp to Mortis.
