Another thing, what the **** is with the random eq on mobs ?
Lets make an imaginary eqrun (short though but I sincerely hope you get the
idea, there are lots more random eq mobs)
1. Being proud newbies we start with Henry the Great (Amberley). As it has no
caster plate, we decide to skip it.
2. Then our brave heroes venture into the Citadel, the mother of random eq and
shitty eq. Kitiara has no solamnian neck but we kill it in hope of better Soth
plate, gloves, girdles and cheap women. We defeat Soth with our left toe and
find ourselves in a too common situation of int girdle, loads of wands of
magic, str plate and perhaps qc gloves.
So, what do we learn from this ? Now we've a shitload of useless eq, the only
bright spot in this pile of shit is that we didn't HAVE TO kill Henry to see
its not worth it.
The point being - please do make mobs so that you'll know what you'll end up
with instead you need to bring shitloads of shit into game before getting good
version out from it. I know coders have intended this to be a spice in the
sauce that 'hee hee you'll never know what you'll get' but it just creates
rapist(s).
