switch weapons and wielding tuned to limit you to 1 opportunity per round
tiger claw tuned to 3 rounds if you are wielding something
tiger claw tuned such that it requires 1 free hand to cast

three strikes and you're out? i think at this point it is reasonable to give
free reincs to players who are max level in the tiger guild and also max level
in either loc's or reavers - these combinations have been totally screwed
over. i've played loc/tiger for the better part of 4 years and find it
unfortunate to see my hard-earned reputation being laid to waste. it's
bullshit to make me wait for lower reinc taxes because i'm pretty much useless
now. thanks juggelo - i hope you at least come up with some good code for
tenji and akemi, because it can't be much worse than what dragoness did.

If you are truly indeed totally useless now then waiting for reinc taxes to go
down seems to be pointless.

So do two scenarios:
1) Reinc right now and begin playing your new good character. Record amount
of exp lost due to higher reinc tax, then play for the amount of time until
the reinc tax would have been low. No add the exp you gained playing.
Compute a final amount

2) Dont reinc now and play your useless character or just idle. Now when
reinc tax is low, record that tax and add the exp you gained in the mean time.
One result will come out better than the other.

So choose option that benefits you most, but it seems instead you want an
option which does not exist: reinc right this second with minimal tax and then
proceed to earn exp with your new "good" character. Sorry, it does not work
that. Choose from the options that do exist, and if you are a good player you
will estimate which scenario works for you.

Actually I did just realize, you probably are pursuing the best path, because
there is an option 3, whine for free reinc in news and hope that works, else
fall back on option 1 or 2...
