Everybody knows the cool features light/darkness that tend to fuck up some
races. I just seem to to notice a slight ubalance here. There seem to be many
races that get fucked up by light, buy only a few that get screwed by
darkness. Maybe we should do something about it. Here is a few rocking
proposals.

Make elves and thrikhrens not to tick in dark. After all this is a party mud,
can\'t figure out a better idea to enhance partying.

Make all non infra tank races lose 1/2 stats if in dark. I think this would
make those newbie tank parties with trolls and giants the THING.

There is plenty of more similar ideas where those came from. If need. :)

And while at tuning those, please fuck up trilloch/all other spiffy special
having items like you did to keeper lance.

get screwed by darkness." Which races are those, exactly? As far as I can see,
unless I missed something, there are exactly two such races: Trolls have half
stats in lit places, and vampires don't regen in lit spaces. As for the
opposite side, ents don't regen in dark places. Making elves and thrikrens
don't regen in dark places would somehow balance this? That would put the
balance to three dark-screwed races to two lit-screwed.

Elves already have a curse: If they become evil, they lose half stats.
Thrikrens also have already a curse: They are allergic to water. How would it
be "fair" and "balanced" to put even more limitations to these races? I don't
get it. Usually a race has such a limitation because of they have some extra
power or feature to compensate. How are elves or thrikrens so overly powerful
that they need double limitations?
