Here's a thing that has been bothering me for a long time: aggressive mobs
ignoring you as long as you're fast enough not to engage battle. I think it
shouldn't be possible to run through a bunch of aggro mobs simply using this
magic thing called delim. They're called aggressive for a reason, no? I
realize that changing this would lead to notable issues in certain places but
just the fact that you know how to type multiple dirs on same line isn't a
skill that should yield major success, in my opinion. It should always be
possible to be ambushed (unless you're a superman with 600 stats, maybe,
shrug)
Of course this leads to another issue, the ambush code itself, which hasn't
necessarily ever worked optimally and needs recoding imo, although many wizzes
have made it clear that noone is really interested to touch it

What if, for
example, the combined anti-ambush properties of party members together
determined the length of the ambush, and when that duration is gone, the whole
party would move on together? This is just one quick thing that came to my
mind, prolly a lot of work could be done, including taking a look at the fact
that there seems to be always the one member that, after being ambushed once,
keeps on getting ambushed no matter what.
Just some random thoughts, flame away.
