Greetins everyone
it seems that we don't have valid help file for Racism, or atleast I didn't
find one
so whatkinda rules do we have here about Racism? or do we have rules about
racist actions at all?
I really would like to see some wiz/arch to explain what do we have to take up
in here, IE is it approved to disdain someone cos he is from Japan or is it
approved to pkill someone beacause the color of the skin or if he/she speaks
different language than you
atleast I think those examples I mentioned should lead into heavy_punishment
