Regarding late tunes to races which in my opnion rock. A tune that evens the
races and at the same time makes the race more unique is a very hard task to
acomplish.
But by looking at the response, espec. the mail from saldas (yea my first mail
ignore), the mortals would rather take -5% exprate -5skillmax ..
