I think that Kniga could be offensive if you were a negro. After all good old
finnish word "neekeri" which was totally politically correct untill some
asswipe (without any consultation) though that it must originate from word
nigger and not from word "negro" which means black in most roman languages.
Therefore I think that perhaps Lythlandria finds it offensive just because
he/she is african-american (which I btw find offensive because I know some
fine folks from africa who would be insulted if America was used in the same
word as their home continent!)
