Yay... i suppose there is nothing i can do, then, really, but I find it crappy
that bullshit restrictions are placed on things that punish the user for all
eternity when everything was done ACCORDING TO INFO AVAILABLE. It's just
really crappy of the designer of a quest/eq/whatever to make something with a
set of rules that are hidden, and compeltely un-findable to the people who
will play it. According to any information I can find on that quest, NOTHING
states it had to have been completed by ONLY those under a certian level AND
anyoen who did not get the quest. I know there is no way to change it, but
its bullshit that I can no longer get a good piece of eq i worked hard to get,
because someone felt like being an ass when coding it.
Right, so this thing was tuned, agreed, funnily without real
information on it. Somebody noticed it, and actions were
taken to make it less funny, more predictable, and actually
informed you all about it. And _now_ you whine?
Get a grip, this is a voluntary development, and _all_ we
are here to make this game better. Granted, not everything
we end up doing is a success, some things need reversal, many
things need tuning (like the enchanted cloak), but things do
get fixed (search for updates on kyos post about enchanted cloak
for example).
Now, I was seriously considering about manually removing the cloak
quest upon request, but given your attitude (and this group), I'll
just resort to a big 'fuck you too' comeback. You're more or less
high level player, well capable of making a replacement cloak for
the oh so precious enchanted one.
