Rather than moving more areas to Laenor to make them more 'newbie' friendly
and leaving other continents more barren, why not let 'newbies' or people
under say 10m or 20m total xp levels be able to portal to different continents
with their eq?

uhuhu, I think I originally figured that newbies would use the post to reach
Beastlands, hence its rather "unconvenient" location (Ithought it fit nicely
the continent's theme). However, apparently the post has too low an exp limit
to help some newbies. Maybe we can tweak the post or tune portals accordingly
- but for the time being I think Beastlands will remain on Laenor like Malar
decided. But I'll think what options we have :)

If I remember, Laenor were the continent for under 20m ppl, is it rather
stupid that those players can easily slip to different - rather dangerous
continent - with no cost and so on? I vote that Laenor and the portals remain
as they are now - when newbie gets an idea to explore some dangerous places -
I think he/she will use transportation which is alrdy in game..

A valid point from Balthas, I have to admit. However, when we're talking about
_newbie_ areas that are for people with some 100-500k exp or so, then we
either have to move their areas to Laenor or provide some alternative means of
transportation (which was the post this far, and possibly will so remain).
However, there is little point in areas such as Beastlands, if players first
time visit them with some 20m totals ;)

But in general, yes, I do agree with Balthas in this.
