Events are run sporadically and usually by random. Of course we have the
possibility to check if there's some major eq party going on, but wouldn't
that make it biased towards our friends? At least I know a couple of players
who would most certainly get hit by majik/ep eater while they're doing eq. But
I choose to run whatever events whenever I want to keep it equally and
unpredictably unfair to everyone.
