Ok, so this tune completely crippled some players for the moment, could there
be a free reinc? This wasn't just subtle downtune or adjustment, some of us
can no longer complete the purpose of our reincs. I think the last time a free
reinc was given it was done under very similar circumstances as this tune. It
would certainly be appreciated.

Seeing as 44 people have voted and only -16 means that it may be likely that a
little less than 1/3 think it's appropriate which should be enough to convince
especially in a harsh mud like this when only 5 people say to help players
it's a big idea. Please authorize reinc for free, several have voiced these
desires.
