I changed refining skill. It's bound to change back to the original at no
warning.
This is not really an uptune. Making utterly MAX quality material got more
difficult; however, a skilled craftsman should no longer be able to spoil all
his material. Let's face it. If you're someone who knows all there is to know
about, say, iron, you are not going to make a mistake that would ruin tons of
the stuff.

- Disc Falling!
I don't know about this tune... seems like a downtown if one doesn't have
maxed skills (for example, I have gemcutting at 94, can't refine to divine,
slipped up and damaged 3 three times in about a dozen tries.)

How about a similar tune to amalgamate. Seems weird to amalgamte tonnes of mat
with 101 blacksmithing, screw up and lose 3/4 of it.
